Dr. James Cuskelly has an international reputation in the field of teacher training in music education, and consequently, is frequently asked to lead teacher in-service programs and workshops, and to present as guest lecturer, keynote speaker and clinician at both the national and international levels. He is widely published in music education circles, particularly in music education and meaning. He has a passion for music and an ability to enthuse and inspire learning in students across all ages and abilities which is now firmly internationally recognised. He is also Director of the Musical Director of the Queensland Kodály Choir, and with this group continue to perform throughout Australia and internationally.
Dr. James Cuskelly is also Director of the Cuskelly College of Music. This organisation delivers a range of outstanding professional development and performance courses both in Australia as well as internationally (Hungary, Indonesia, Malaysia, New Zealand, Scotland and England). Of particular note is the Summer School Music Program, offering intensive Music Education training and Performance coaching with an international Faculty of exceptional quality.
